Inscription saying Huang He Lou (Yellow Crane Tower)

This plaque was renovated in 1984 and unfortunately the background is peeling away. The border is worthy of note. The key pattern is a typical Buddhist symbol of the continuing cycle of life through reincarnation until enlightenment is achieved.
