During Chinese traditional Spring Festival, it is very significant to paste some paper-cuts on entrance gates.

This is a young girl dressed in traditional. This is a very hard one to make, takes years of practice. Like every other skill, there are easy ones for beginners. Ya right this is not art, for this existed long before the English word 'art' was invented :-)
