Emei Mount, Wutai Mount, Jiuhua Mount and Putuo Mount are the four Chinese famous Buddhist mountains. And each one is offered for different Bodhisattva. Mt. Emei originally is the preaching rites place for Bodhisattva Puxian. It is outstanding in its height, scenery and variety, described as "four seasons in one mountain, variable climates within ten kilometers". The four great spectacles- clouds Sea, Sunrise, Buddha Rays, and Saint Lamps are the must-sees when you get Emei. And it was ranked as the World Natural and Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1996.
